专家简介：胡志强教授，Lloyds Professor of Offshore Engineering，英国纽卡斯尔大学工程学院船海技术系主任。英文SCI期刊《Ocean Engineering》副主编，国际船舶结构力学学会 (ISSC) V.6 Ocean Space Utilization委员，英国皇家造船学会成员。主要研究领域包括：海洋可再生能源（浮式风机）；船舶与海洋工程结构物动力响应；船舶碰撞与搁浅。
