中心依托必赢bwin官网登录入口2023组建而成，突出高校技术研发与人才培养优势，服务国家海洋战略和上海经济建设。针对深海油气钻采关键部件与装备和极地环境低温钢的研发需求，聚焦产业化工程方向，为深远海与极地资源开发装备提供高性能材料、制定技术标准，并为相关企业提供技术服务，解决本领域的“卡脖子”技术。

The center aims to cultivate talents with the advantages from SMU, to serve the national ocean strategy and Shanghai's economic construction.For the research and development of key materials in the areas of deep-sea oil, and low-temperature steel in polar environment, the center focuses on the industrialization engineering direction, provides high-performance materials and technical standards for far-reaching sea and polar resource development equipment, and provides technical services for relevant enterprises.
